Sheila Henson

Sheila Henson is an ADHD Coach and educator residing in Portland, Oregon. She has worked with neurodivergent populations since 2004 in various contexts, and has a background in behavior, crisis prevention, and education. Her own experience with ADHD led her to want to help others to navigate and appreciate their own ADHD brains. Sheila is passionate about combating shame and helping her neurodivergent kin to create a world around themselves where their unique brains can thrive.
